The KTown Softball League proudly sponsored a benefit on Sunday, Dec. 10, with a beer bust and toy drive to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Knoxville. The benefit, held at Kurt’s Bar, included a delightful trio singing tunes of the season.

A handsome trio serenaded the partygoers at the KTown Softball League benefit.

Keith McDaniel, KTown Softball League commissioner, has this message for our readers and community members:

I want to thank all the officers, players, and fans that made the Fall 2006 season the best ever. I want to congratulate the first place teams in their respective divisions: Gyrlgroove, Cyclones, and the Kats. The competition is getting fierce.

I also want to congratulate the players and teams that went to Nashville for the Music City Classic. Knoxville was represented by the Kats, Tricksters, Hard Knox, Cyclones, and the second place finish of Good Times.

Visit KTown Softball on their Web site at www.ktownsoftball.com.
